There are many ways to explore and connect throughout the Digital Experience.

Connect with Attendees:

The Attendee Connect feature shows a list of attendees that are active throughout the Digital Experience. If an attendee has not logged in to the Digital Experience, they will not show up on the Attendee Connect feature. View a list of names, titles, companies, and contact information within Attendee Connect. You can search for a specific individual in the search bar located at the top of the screen, or you can filter attendees by interest categories located in the upper right-hand corner. When you are ready to connect with someone, click on the +ADD sign. This will send a notification to that attendee that they can accept. Once the attendee has accepted, this contact will be added to your connections page, and you may now send private messages with each other. To message a connection, go to the messages page and click on the icon in the upper right-hand to add the contact you would like to message and what you would like to say. All accepted connections will be in your connections page and all messages will be in the messages page. If you receive a connection request from another attendee, you will receive a notification that you can view in the connections page located in the upper right-hand corner shaped like a bell.

Activity Feed:

The Activity Feed is a great way to network and interact with exhibitor booths and other attendees. Here you will be able to post a status, upload photos, add links, and share your experience at the event. Other participants will be able to like and comment on the status you have posted. Note: You do not need social media to be able to participate in the Activity Feed. The Activity Feed is only visible in the Digital Experience.

Participate in Livestreaming:

If you are unable to join in person, joining a livestream will allow you to view conversations and questions being held during the event in real time. Virtual audiences are encouraged to participate in a livestream by asking questions that will then be answered onsite during the presentation. The livestream chat, located on the right-hand side of the livestream, is a great way to talk about the presentation topics with other industry professionals and engage in the conversation.

Gamification:

Join the Fan Challenge to see the many ways you can connect with exhibitors and presentations held throughout the event while earning points to win prizes! The Fan Challenge has two areas: Challenges and Leaderboard. Challenges shows you all the tasks that you can accomplish, how to participate in a task to earn a code, and the number of points you will receive if you accomplish a task. Once you have completed the task and earned your code, you will earn points to join the leaderboard.

Enter an Exhibit Booth:

Explore the digital exhibits by entering the Exhibitors feature. Here you will be able to view a list of exhibitors that you can filter by categories and enter the exhibit to view social media, website links, whitepapers, etc. You can take notes about this exhibitor in the upper right-hand corner in the note’s icon. Some exhibitors may have their chat feature enabled where you will be able to chat with an online booth representative. At the top of the digital exhibit, you may also see a Contact Us or Schedule Meeting button. The Contact Us button will send an email to the exhibitor so you can connect even after the event has concluded. The Schedule Meeting button will allow you to set up a time to meet with an exhibitor.
