If you are having trouble accessing the Mobile App or Web App, there are a few things that you can try:

Make sure you are using the same email that you used to register for the event. Please note that you need a unique email that has been used to register for the event.
Make sure there are no typos in your email address.
Make sure you are trying to access the correct event.

Please note that the SME Events App will not work in FABTECH, and the FABTECH app will not work in the SME Events App.
